WHEN ENCODING FOR RINGTONE ALL IT DOES IS CREATE THE SAME FULL-LENGTH VERSION AND DOES NOT ALLOW FOR BREAKING DOWN TO MAKE 15-30 SECOND RINGTONE. HELP DOES NOT EXPLAIN HOW TO PERFORM TASK EITHER.
